• Device & Technical Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for pushing notifications, unique device identifiers, and crash diagnostic logs via Firebase Crashlytics.
• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID used by Google AdMob to deliver relevant advertisements.

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon requesting account deletion, your personal information, profile data, friend links, and group memberships are permanently deleted from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is legally required for compliance or dispute resolution.

• Leave Grind Groups or remove friends from your account.

• Permanently delete your entire AccAlarm account and associated data.

AccAlarm is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately so we can remove the data.

9. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, graphics, software, and underlying codebase associated with AccAlarm are the intellectual property of Shivion Interactive and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AccAlarm is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Shivion Interactive shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or alarm service.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

When participating in Grind Groups, Community Chat, or interacting with friends, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or abuse targeted at other users.
• Posting illegal, explicit, defamatory, or objectionable content or media.
• Spamming, automated messaging, or attempting to compromise app infrastructure.
• Impersonating other individuals or misrepresenting your identity.

3. Content Ownership & Rights

You retain ownership of any content or media you upload (such as profile pictures or chat messages). However, by uploading content, you grant AccAlarm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content solely for operating the app services.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in harmful activity.

5. Service Modifications & Updates

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or service features. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We respect your right to privacy and data control. You can permanently delete your AccAlarm account and associated personal data at any time directly from inside the application.
